Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny March. 3, 1950) is a famous American actor. Her fame grew during the 1970s and 1980s due to the roles she played as a TV actress series. The glamorous look of her was the most prominent feature of these shows. Fairchild began her acting career in 1973-77 in CBS' Search for Tomorrow show, a daytime soap that starred Jennifer Pace. Following her appearance in Dallas the show, in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime she was then a part of the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received for a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's short-lived show on primetime called Paper Dolls. From 1985 through 1986, she played attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was also seen in the theater, and in guest roles on television shows such as Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her part in this series. She sits on the board of SAG-AFTRA.
