Emily Bett Rickards, born on the 24th of July, 1991 in Canada is a Canadian actor, best famous for her character Felicity Smoak in The CW TV series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born within British Columbia. In her early years, she started her career by exploring the musical theater and later dancing. Later, she hoped to introduce herself to serious acting. After high school, she graduated earlier and enrolled in the Vancouver Film School, completing the Acting Essentials Program. The audition was an open call following the completion of her course. This was the catalyst for her getting accepted with an agent. She was a student at the Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver. Her rapport between her and Stephen Amell, positive feedback from the audience, as well as the sarcastic comments she made led to an initial signing as a single-episode Guest Star.
