Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk, a gifted actor as well as a writer, director, and producer. Anna Silk is the daughter of a Briton and an Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. As a young child, she was featured in commercials of various kinds.
